The Kenya Red Cross Society, a humanitarian organization provides emergency assistance, disaster relief and education.
The Kenya Red Cross Society (KRCS) and the M-PESA Foundation came together to empower the residents of Kinango through the Kinango Integrated Food Security and Livelihood project that includes the rehabilitation of the Nyalani Dam. The project once complete will directly benefit 2,500 community members and also, 10,000 indirectly.

Rhino Ark
Rhino Ark is a charitable trust founded in 1988 to support conservation in Kenya.
Rhino Ark, has partnered with the M-PESA Foundation to restore the natural ecosystem of the Mau Eburu forest by fencing 43.3kms, tree planning, engaging the community and construction of a wildlife corridor to Lake Naivasha. The project also provides surrounding communities with alternative energy sources and income-generating projects.

Starehe Girls’ Centre
Starehe Girls Centre is a National boarding school that offers secondary education to financially disadvantaged girls from all Counties of Kenya. The school brings together young girls from under privileged backgrounds, and provides them with quality education.
M-PESA Foundation partnered with the school to improve learning, playing and living environments to inspire well-rounded students. This involved construction of new eight-classroom block, cutting-edge computer lab, modern library, spacious dormitory, quality sports facilities, waste water treatment plant and water reticulation system.
